Morgan Stanley Wealth Management provides access to a wide range of wealth management products and services for individuals, businesses and institutions to deliver services and solutions that help build, preserve and manage wealth. These services include brokerage and investment advisory, financial and wealth planning, credit and lending, cash management, annuities and insurance, retirement and trust.

The Investment Solutions Strategy, Integration & Business Development Team is responsible for partnering with the various business lines to drive and execute on the overall strategies of the product organization as well as support successful integration of the recent E*TRADE and Eaton Vance acquisitions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking individual with strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills who can oversee a team responsible for identifying and driving growth opportunities across the organization. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, analytical, and leads with excellence and innovation. The candidate brings knowledge of Wealth Management businesses, has experience in managing multiple projects at one time and can facilitate strategic discussions with internal stakeholders and senior executives.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Collaborate with Investment Solutions leadership and internal stakeholders to advise and execute on key strategic initiatives across the organization

Identify opportunities for growth and innovation and respond to market conditions in order to ensure alignment with overall modern wealth growth strategy

Drive data analytics for cross-functional strategic initiatives to support decision-making process as well as develop framework for metric reporting to help understand drivers of client behavior

Partner with product, sales, relationship management and marketing teams to identify and execute on opportunities to increase advisor, client and asset penetration levels across wealth management and provide insights and metrics for tracking against campaign/growth targets

Support products and services integration efforts as it relates to E*TRADE and Eaton Vance and uncover / execute on future state opportunities (i.e. product expansion efforts)

Respond to the evolving regulatory environment and implement appropriate changes to the business, enhanced processes, and controls to ensure compliance

Foster a high-performance team culture that encourages autonomy, creativity, innovation, learning and impact



Skills Required

Minimum Requirements: BS / BA degree with minimum 7+ years of experience in financial services

Prior consultant background is either preferred or a plus

Demonstrate an understanding of the financial services industry, Investment Solutions products (e.g., mutual funds, closed-end funds, unit investment trusts, 529 plans, alternative investments) and global capital markets (e.g., fixed income, equities and structured products)

Series 7 preferred or willingness to obtain in 180 days

Strong communication skills and collaborative work style and leadership presence with ability to effectively interact and earn trust of peers and senior management across the organization

Organized and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing several responsibilities in a fast paced setting

Highly motivated, innovative and an independent thinker

Team management and development skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
