ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (F/T) NEEDED FOR HIGH END GENERAL
CONTRACTOR:

Applicant must be computer literate in word,
excel, outlook and possess exceptional phone and communication skills.
Knowledge of scheduling software and Quickbooks a plus.

Duties include typing, preparing and
cataloging change orders, requests for information and miscellaneous
correspondence.  Responsibilities also
include preparing and distributing large bid packages, lite bookkeeping,
miscellaneous filing, faxing, ordering supplies/parts as needed and phone call
follow-up as required. Qualified candidates must have the ability to multi-task
in a very busy office environment, should be self motivated, extremely
organized
and analytical.
