OpenText seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead the development of innovative construction programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in project management.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing entire projects or series of projects, ensuring timely completion, safety, quality, and budget adherence. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, coordination with internal departments, and effective client relations.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams, able to generate, maintain, and iterate project schedules, read and interpret construction documents, and identify process improvements.
- Provide primary project interface for DMC projects from assignment to completion
- Manage customer satisfaction, project management, and coordination of multiple moving parts for product and service installation within customer project teams
- Develop assistant project management personnel through mentoring and on-the-job training
- Closed out projects promptly and efficiently
- Daily communication and coordination with Design, Manufacturing, and Construction teams
