We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with a minimum of 5 years to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Duties:
– Install HVAC systems including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring.
– Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
– Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues promptly.
– Follow blueprints and schematics to complete installations and repairs.
– Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify and address potential problems.
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
– Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
– Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding technical manuals.
– Experience with welding and refrigeration systems is a plus.
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for van driving duties.
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
– Previous experience in property maintenance, field service, or appliance repair is advantageous.
