syndicated & privately placed leveraged acq. financings, first & second
lien financings, asset-based lending financings, refinancings, debt
restructurings, subscription lines of credit & fund-level financings.
Provide legal & strat. advice to clients considering or particip. in these
transact. Negotiate, prepare & review primary transact. docs. $260,000 per
year.  Req’mts: JD or foreign equiv. or
LLM or foreign equiv., NY Bar, 1 yr. of exp. in position or 1 yr. of alternate
occupational exp. performing complex leveraged finance transaction advisory legal
