We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pest Control Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing pest management strategies and ensuring the effective elimination and prevention of pests. The Pest Control Service Professional will provide exceptional customer service, conduct thorough inspections, and offer appropriate treatment plans to address pest infestations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Able to pass pre employment screening
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations or conditions that may lead to infestations
Develop effective treatment plans based on inspection findings and implement appropriate pest management strategies
Safely and accurately apply pesticides, baits, traps, or other treatment methods to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations
Educate customers on pest prevention measures and recommend actions to maintain a pest-free environment
Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and recommendations
Follow company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure safe handling and application of pesticides
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions in a professional and timely manner
Stay updated on industry trends, new treatment methods, and safety protocols through ongoing training and professional development
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve organizational goals
No prior pest control experience is necessary, and we’ll train and equip you with the technical knowledge needed to deliver high-quality pest control and customer service.
