A well-established plumbing/mechanical company in the Bronx is looking for a reliable and organized Office Admin to support daily operations in our Plumbing Department.

We strongly encourage women with admin or construction/mechanical office experience to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & dispatching plumbers

• Handling customer calls and service requests

• Invoice processing, billing, and payment follow-ups

• Preparing estimates and job documentation

• Managing permits, compliance records, and organized files

• Supporting field staff and maintaining smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Experience in a plumbing/HVAC/mechanical/construction office preferred

• Strong communication & organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with billing/invoicing experience

• Computer-proficient; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
