Security Officer Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1
year in security (commercial environment preferred).
Licensing: Valid NYS
Security Guard License
Certifications: Valid
F01/F03/F04 and CPR certifications are a strong plus.
Skills: Strong
communication, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with
surveillance/access control systems. Physical Requirements: Ability
to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and lift heavy objects as
needed.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work flexible schedules,
including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Location: The majority of our sites are in midtown
with a few in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.
