*Receptionist – Real Estate Office*( Queens)

*About the Role*

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist to be the first face and voice of our real estate office. You’ll help clients, agents, and visitors feel welcome while keeping the office running smoothly.

*Key Responsibilities*

– *Front Desk*: Greet clients, agents, and visitors in person and by phone with a professional, warm tone

– *Communication*: Answer and direct calls, emails, and messages. Schedule appointments and property showings for agents

– *Admin Support*: Manage calendars, file documents, prepare contracts, and handle mail/packages

– *Client Care*: Check clients in/out, provide coffee/water, and ensure the waiting area is neat and welcoming

– *Listing Support*: Post new listings to websites, update MLS info, and assist with marketing materials as needed

– *Office Operations*: Order supplies, manage visitor log, handle basic bookkeeping like invoices and payments

– *Team Support*: Coordinate with agents on showing schedules, open house events, and client follow-ups

 

*Qualifications*

– *Experience*: 1+ years in reception, admin, or customer service. Real estate experience a plus but not required

– *Skills*: Strong phone etiquette, multitasking, and organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM/MLS systems

– *Personality*: Welcoming, professional, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure

Requirements High school diploma or GED. Must be able to work standard office hours.

 

– Real Estate License or knowledge of real estate terms

– Experience with Dotloop, DocuSign, Canva, or social media posting
